We are committed to serve our customer efficiently within shortest possible time and we hope most of the issues can be resolved by our Customer Service Executives simply over phone. If we are unable to resolve client's issue at the first call, he/she will get a Ticket Number of that issue as an acknowledgement. He/she will also be informed of a Turnaround Time (TAT) for resolution which will not take more than 5 (five) working days.
In case of any unavoidable situation, the resolution time may be longer. In such cases, he/she will be notified at a regular interval until the issue is resolved.
